To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

C. Return Process

Reasons for return

For smoother processing, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 72 hours), you will receive an email confirming the completion of your return. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 7 days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it. For return shipping instructions, please contact our customer service.

E. Exchanges

F. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are not required to cover return shipping costs for defective products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for orders where the wrong product was ordered by the customer. Customers must bear the actual cost of return shipping for such cases.

No restocking fee is applied to returns.

In all cases of exchange or return, it is imperative to provide a video or image of the received product, clearly indicating the error.

G. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. H. Cancellations

Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of placement to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made after this timeframe may be treated as “Change of Mind” returns.
