Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

We can only process cancellations for items that have not entered production, which is within 24 hours of payment. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details, and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the production process has commenced.

Shipping Notifications

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes! You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are typically generated within 5-7 business days. Once generated, you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your product is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information via email after 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] for an update.

 

Delayed Shipments

Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, shipments may experience delays.

 

Tracking Status Updates

Why hasn’t my tracking status been updated?

In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately, especially with registered airmail shipments. Rest assured that your item is on its way. If your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 days, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

 

Order Status Inquiry

What’s the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You’ll also receive an email when your order goes into production and another email with tracking information once it ships. For the most recent order status, check the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.

 

Defective or Incorrect Products

 

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect?

If you’ve received a defective, incorrect size, or wrong product, please email us at [email protected] with attached photo(s), and we will arrange for a replacement within the appropriate timeframe.

 

Return and Refund Policy

 

What is your return and refund policy?

Please refer to our Return Policy. We are dedicated to providing the best products and will replace your order for the following reasons:

 

  • The product is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product received differs from the one originally represented on our site.

 

Please email us at [email protected] with photos of the received product along with any additional detail shots. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Late or Missing Refunds

What should I do if my refund is late or missing?
